Please note, due to capacity restrictions in the centre-field at the Velodrome, the ticket you are purchasing is for a specific session. Sessions last 2 ½ or 3 hours. Please arrive at the designated session start time to ensure maximum opportunity to experience the show. See session times below:

TRAVELLING TO LEE VALLEY VELOPARK

We strongly recommend travelling by public transport to Lee Valley VeloPark.

By Underground, Overground or Rail, to Stratford
Stratford is a 15-min walk from the show and is served by Jubilee and Central Underground Lines, DLR, National Rail and London Overground Services.

Follow signs to the Olympic Park through the station. Once outside, you can either get the shuttle bus (on the right) or walk. If walking, take the escalator or use the lift and then turn right to walk through the outdoor boulevard of Westfield shops. Keep following signs for the Olympic Park / Lee Valley VeloPark. Turn right down Olympic Park Avenue. Follow this until you get to the Timber Lodge Café. Bear left of this, past the Tumbling Bay Kids Adventure Playground on your right and the VeloPark is straight ahead of you.

By Rail, to Stratford International
Stratford International is a 10-min walk from the show and is served by DLR and National Rail services.

Follow signs to the Olympic Park through the station and you will come out on the main road turn right then right again, down Olympic Park Avenue. Follow this until you get to the Timber Lodge Café. Bear left of this, past the Tumbling Bay Kids Adventure Playground on your right and the VeloPark is straight ahead of you.

By Overground, to Hackney Wick
Hackney Wick is a 10-min walk from the show and is served by the London Overground only.

Come down slope and turn right. Take the next right down Wallis Road, following signs for the Olympic Park. You’ll go over the canal and the Copper Box Arena on your right. Cross the road and go over the River Lea. Turn left at the Timber Lodge Café, go past the Tumbling Bay Kids Adventure Playground on your right and the VeloPark is straight ahead of you.

Free Shuttle Bus from Stratford
A free Shuttle Bus will be running between Stratford Underground Station and the VeloPark, otherwise it’s around a 15-min walk through the Olympic Park to get to the venue.

By Bus
Several bus routes connect to Stratford and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park with the key routes being: 388, 308, 339, 97 and N205 which all stop near Lee Valley VeloPark.

By Bike
There are cycle routes connecting Lee Valley VeloPark to local residential areas as well as the cycle routes through Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

The venue is close to Sustrans National Cycle Network Route 1 and Barclays Cycle Superhighway CS2.

Cycle-works will have a bike park with Rounded A racks, for locking bikes with your own locks, or valet parking will also be available

By Taxi

Black taxis are available from outside Stratford station northern ticket hall which is located on the lower ground floor of Westfield Stratford City near Starbucks.

UPGRADE PACKAGES

Velodrome Track Taster sessions are available to book for £20 (usual price £35). To book a Track Taster session you must either book or already have a valid ticket to the show for this allocated time slot. If you do not, you will not have access to the track. For further information on the sessions, click here

Bike Trialling on the floodlit outdoor one mile closed-road circuit (usually costs £5 / hour) is FREE to all show visitors. There is no need to book for this, just remember to bring your bike with you on the day. The number of trials on the day is limited to 3 per person and each trial lasts 15 minutes (one lap).

Do you need extra assistance?
 
As the event organiser, Mercury Exhibitions will always endeavour to provide reasonable adjustments to meet your needs.
 
Visitors who require special facilities to assist their visit are kindly requested to inform the organisers at least eight weeks prior to the show. Please telephone the Organiser to inform us of any special requirements you may have.
 
Wheelchairs are available on request. There is limited space for disabled parking which is available on a first come, first serve basis. Assistant dogs are welcome.
 

Carers

If you have a registered disability and require your carer to help you during your visit, please make this clear upon your arrival by heading to the Box Office. You will be required to pay the standard rate for your ticket; however, your carer will be permitted free entry.

Please note tickets to the show are valid for specific two and a half hour sessions and that a £1 booking fee applies per ticket.
